Sebastian Vettel Disqualified from Hungarian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton Up to Second

Sebastian Vettel misplaced his second-place end in Sunday’s Hungarian Formula One Grand Prix after being disqualified by stewards for a gas irregularity, a stewards’ assertion stated.
