Red Cross Begins Registering Hundreds Of Ukrainian Prisoners Of War

The ICRC will report data from the people to maintain monitor of those that have been captured.

Berlin:

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has begun registering a whole lot of prisoners of conflict (POWs) from the besieged Azovstal metal works within the Ukrainian port of Mariupol, it stated on Thursday.

The ICRC stated in an announcement that the operation to trace fighters leaving the plant, together with the wounded, started on Tuesday and was ongoing as of Thursday.

As a part of the method, the ICRC information data from the people to maintain monitor of those that have been captured.

It added that it isn’t transporting the POWs to the locations the place they’re held.
