The police had earlier advised the courtroom that the 45-year-old businessman was gaining financially from the criminality of constructing and promoting pornographic materials.

The police had claimed they’ve seized Kundra’s cell phone and its contents have to be scrutinised and likewise his enterprise dealings and transactions must be appeared into.
