Mumbai has achieved 100 per cent COVID-19 vaccine first dose goal with all eligible beneficiaries above the age of 18 getting coated, probably making it the primary metropolis within the nation to take action, Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope mentioned on Saturday.
He mentioned 92,36,500 individuals within the metropolis have acquired the primary dose, whereas 59,83,452 have gotten the second dose as nicely.
He congratulated Brihanmumbai Municipal Commissioner Iqbal Chahal and Mayor Kishori Pednekar for the feat.
