Mobile Phone Snatching Gang Busted In UP, 4 Minors Detained

The accused stole the cellphone of a ward boy who works on the district hospital, they stated.

Muzaffarnagar:

A cell phone snatching gang was busted with the arrest of 4 individuals in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district, police stated on Saturday.

Senior police official Sukirti Madhav Mishra stated that the gang was busted on Friday in the course of the investigation of a cell phone theft.

In the incident on July 17, the accused stole the cellphone of a ward boy named, Nitin Kumar, who works on the district hospital, they stated.

The arrests have been made close to Badhev village that falls beneath Adarsh Mandi police station, they stated, including the boys, aged round 16 to 17 years, have been despatched to judicial custody.
