MOSCOW: Russia reiterated on Tuesday it was open to clearing up what occurred to President Vladimir Putin’s prime opponent Alexei Navalny, who Germany and different western governments say was poisoned with a Novichok nerve agent.

Kremlin spokesman stated everybody could be glad if Navalny recovered, and he was free to return to Russia from Germany. But he stated Moscow didn’t perceive why, if French and Swedish laboratories had been in a position to check his medical samples, Russia was not being given the identical entry.
