Kerala Blasters FC introduced the signing of Bosnia and Herzegovina central defender Enes Sipovic forward of the 2021/22 ISL season. The towering 6’6″ defender joins Kerala Blasters FC after a one-year stint with ISL club Chennaiyin FC. “I am so excited to join one of the biggest clubs in India, with an army of amazing fans. I must say that my actions speak for myself, so on the field, I will be LOUD,” Sipovic mentioned after the signing.
Kerala Blasters FC’s Sporting Director Karolis Skinkys mentioned, “Enes is a dependable defender, sturdy on set items and positioning. I do know that he can adapt to Indian situations very effectively and he is a superb workforce participant. After advancing by the youth ranks of Bosnian Club Zeljeznicar in Sarajevo, Sipovic joined the Romanian membership SC Otelul Galati. In his debut season, he gained the 2010-11 Romanian top-division championship title with SC Otelul Galati.
After 6 profitable seasons at Otelul Galati, Sipovic loved stints at Okay.V.C. Westerlo (Belgium), Ittihad Tanger & RS Berkane (Morocco), and Ohod Club (Saudi Arabia). He then returned residence for a short spell at his boyhood membership FK Zeljeznicar. Before turning out for Chennaiyin FC final season, he performed for Umm Salal in Qatar. Sipovic featured usually for Chennaiyin FC, taking part in 18 matches within the ISL final season.
A former Bosnia and Herzegovina U-21 worldwide, Sipovic will turn out to be the primary Bosnian participant to don the yellow shirt.
