Dr Ok Sudhakar Inaugurates state’s first ICMR permitted cellular testing labs

Karnataka’s Medical Education Minister Dr Ok Sudhakar inaugurated state’s first Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)-approved cellular COVID-19 testing labs.

The minister after inaugurating the testing labs had put out a tweet stating that the ICMR permitted cellular labs can conduct 400 RT-PCR COVID-19 assessments per day, whose outcomes will be obtained in 4 hours.

Earlier, Dr Sudhakar had mentioned the variety of cured and recovered sufferers within the state surpassed the variety of energetic circumstances.

As per the replace by the Union Health Ministry on Thursday morning, Karnataka had 73,966 energetic circumstances whereas 74,679 sufferers had been cured and discharged up to now and a couple of,804 deaths have been reported from throughout the state because of the illness.
