“Ignorant Bigots In Power Destroying It”: Rahul Gandhi On Lakshadweep

Congress’s Rahul Gandhi at the moment expressed solidarity with the folks of Lakshadweep, who’ve been protesting for days in opposition to the administrator appointed by the Centre over the restrictions he has imposed. The experiences from the islands have precipitated concern in Left-ruled Kerala, which shares cultural ties with the islands.

The BJP has firmly backed the administrator, saying the brand new guidelines are reforms meant to finish corrupt practices of native politicians, who are actually enjoying “divisive politics”.
