Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Saturday introduced to extend the speed of dearness allowance from 17 per cent to 28 per cent. The enhance in dearness allowance shall be relevant from July 1, an official spokesperson mentioned.

The elevated dearness allowance additionally contains the DA payable from January 1, 2020, July 1, 2020 and January 1, 2021, he mentioned. It will profit about 2.85 lakh authorities workers and a pair of.62 lakh pensioners of the state, the spokesperson mentioned.
