Gunmen kill 36 in assaults on two northern Nigerian states

The collection of assaults by armed bandits occurred over the previous 48 hours with 18 folks killed every in villages of Kaduna and Katsina states and a number of other others injured. The assailants burnt down homes, displacing the villagers.
