Farmers Have Constitutional Right to Take Out Tractor Rally: Unions

Bhartiya Kisan Union (Lakhowal) Punjab basic secretary Paramjit Singh mentioned that farmers aren’t going to carry their rally on Rajpath and in different high-security areas, including that they’d solely take out it on the Outer Ring Road in Delhi and that there shall be no disruption within the official Republic Day parade.
