Emboldened by the Pakistan Supreme Court’s verdict in its favour on the problem of the no-confidence movement in opposition to Prime Minister Imran Khan, the nation’s opposition has pushed for the same vote in opposition to the deputy speaker of the nationwide meeting.
Pakistan’s prime courtroom on Thursday struck down deputy speaker Qasim Suri’s choice to reject the no-trust movement in opposition to the PM. The vote will now happen on April 9.
CNN-News18 has completely accessed a letter written by opposition leaders to the secretary of the nationwide meeting.
The authors say that they don’t have any religion within the deputy speaker, who, in response to them, was concerned in violating democratic and parliamentary norms.
“He did not conduct proceedings in an orderly method,” they allege.
According to the opposition leaders, on April 3, Qasim Suri used unlawful means and violated all norms of parliament that have been restored by the Supreme Court.
The opposition events want 172 votes within the 342-member home to unseat Prime Minister Imran Khan and so they have proven to this point that they’ve ample help.
