A farmer was arrested on Monday in Indore in Madhya Pradesh for allegedly capturing lifeless a canine after getting enraged over its steady barking close to his home, police mentioned.
The accused, Pankaj Shukla, used his licenced gun to shoot the canine on Saturday, an official mentioned.
