British actor Diana Rigg, who got here to fame within the cult 1960s TV present The Avengers and not too long ago appeared in Game of Thrones, died on Thursday aged 82. Rigg, born in Doncaster in northern England, moved together with her household to India earlier than going to highschool in England. She studied on the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art earlier than making her debut on the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1959.
