A cloudburst within the Binsar hill space of Chamoli district in Uttarakhand on Tuesday left a significant destruction available in the market whilst a number of retailers remained buried below the particles.
The District Magistrate has directed Chamoli officers to offer quick reduction to the affected folks, infomed Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat.
