Chinese Reserve Forces Brought Under Xi Jinping’s Leadership: Report

China’s army reserve forces might be formally positioned underneath the centralised and unified command of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Central Military Commission (CMC), each headed by President Xi Jinping, from July 1 to make sure the ruling occasion’s “absolute leadership” over it and construct a world-class military, in response to a report.
