2 tomatoes, chopped

2 cups rice
Half tsp salt
Three tbsp cup mint leaves
Three tbsp coriander leaves

Step 1 – Marinate rooster with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, purple chili powder, egg and maida. Add extra flour if the combination is just too moist. Marinate the rooster for not less than one hour.
