Anil Kapoor’s newest health video will get a thumbs up from Olympic winner Yohan Blake: ‘Looking good my friend’

Actor Anil Kapoor had posted a video of himself sprinting on the seaside. At the age of 63, it was actually worthy of reward. No lower than an Olympian from Jamaica, Yohan Blake, has given it his approval.

Through the lockdown, Anil has taken to physique constructing in a serious method. He has additionally been sharing notes on his journey to date. He had written in April: “I made this post not to show off or talk myself up, but to pass on some simple advice on. When it comes to body building, nothing is beyond us. I have not taken any kind of supplements in this process.”

Anil is among the many few senior actors who has been working continuous. Last seen in Malang, the actor was set to work in Karan Johar’s Takht, when the pandemic and subsequent lockdown got here into power.
